NEX-9020-B OPI-5 UMI-B ORiON Production Interface Kit - Embedded With Serial DNC

The OPI-5 UMI-B is our standard version has been upgraded to our latest embedded wireless DNC smart edge IoT device, which still enables CNC machine tool operation but with some features that most legacy machines can use. The unit still has a Quad-Core 32-bit ARM H3 AllWinner Processor with 512 Meg of DRAM using a 16 Gigabyte solid-state SD Card Flash Memory running Ubuntu Linux.

This UMI-A version has a DB9M Serial Port for the CNC—Gigabit Ethernet, 2 External USB 2.0 Ports, and 802.11 N Wi-Fi (all with a web page for operation and configuration). The OPI-5 B Version can be upgraded with a new option card (the NEX-9025) for MDC and additional ports (serial and I2C).
